I’VE NEVER BOXED BEFORE, WILL I BE ABLE TO KEEP UP?

OF COURSE.  OUR CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY AND DESIGNED TO ALLOW EVERYONE TO WORK AT THEIR OWN PACE.  ON YOUR FIRST TIME MAKE SURE TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 15 MINS BEFORE CLASS SO WE CAN GET YOU PREPARED FOR THE WORKOUT.

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO EVERYTHING IN THE CLASS? I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A WHILE

DON’T WORRY.  EVERY ONE OF OUR MEMBERS HAD THEIR FIRST TIME AS WELL. IF YOU CAN MOVE YOU CAN COMPLETE OUR CLASSES.  OUR COACHES OFFER MODIFICATIONS FOR MANY OF THE EXERCISES WE PERFORM IN CLASS.

IS THERE A BEGINNER CLASS?

NO, BUT ALL OF OUR CLASSES ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY.  WE ALSO HAVE PRIVATE COACHING AVAILABLE IF YOU’D LIKE TO GET STARTED WITH SOME ONE-ON-ONE TECHNIQUE BEFORE STEPPING INTO THE CLASS SETTING.

DO I NEED MY OWN BOXING GLOVES?

GLOVES ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT ($2) OR FOR PURCHASE AT OUR FRONT DESK.  IF YOU HAVE A FAVORITE PAIR YOU’D LIKE TO BRING, WE TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. (GLOVE RENTALS ARE FREE FOR MEMBERS)

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ESCAPE INTO THE BLUE?

WE ASK THAT EVERYONE BE 13 AND UP TO TAKE OUR CLASSES.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL EVENTS OR STUDIO RENTALS FOR CORPORATIONS OR BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

YES.  WE OFFER BAG BLOCKS, CLASS EXCLUSIVES, AND STUDIO RENTALS.  ALL EVENT QUESTIONS CAN BE DIRECTED TO memberships@blueprintstudiosinc.com

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

WE RECOMMEND ARRIVING AT THE STUDIO NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS FOR CHECK-IN.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I GET TO THE STUDIO?

WALK UP TO THE FRONT DESK AND MENTION IT’S YOUR FIRST TIME.  OUR STAFF WILL GET YOU TAKEN CARE OF. 

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Spots will be released 3 minutes prior to class time. If you are running late, please call the studio and we will hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after the start of class. If you do not call the studio, then your spot can be released to a member on the waitlist. No members will be permitted to enter class 6 minutes after the start of class time for your safety and the respect of our other members.

WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 6-hour cancellation policy. Reserved classes may be cancelled without penalty 6 hours in advance of the scheduled class only through our Blueprint Boxing mobile app. If you miss your class or do not cancel within this time frame, it will result in a $12 fee that will be charged to the credit card on file.

We all have those days when making it to class just isn’t going to happen. On those days, it’s important to keep our class cancellation policy in mind.

  • Late Cancellation fee: If you cancel class within 6 hours of class time, you will be charged a $12 fee.
  • Missed class/No Show fee: If you miss class without canceling, you will be charged a fee of $12 within 3 days of the class.

Whether you late cancel or miss class, the class will not count as one of your sessions and the class credit will be automatically returned to your account. This policy is important for our BLUECREW because it ensures that all members have an opportunity to attend class if there are spots available.  It also helps hold our BLUECREW more accountable so they can hit their goals.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CLASS TIME?

If you simply cannot make the class you signed up for and would like to take a class at a different time on the SAME day, we allow members to do so by emailing the studio at least 4 hours prior to the ORIGINAL class start time. Switches will be accommodated if notified at least 4 hours in advance of the original class time and the class has space (non-waitlisted class).

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS?

YES.  

DO YOU HAVE WATER OR SHOULD I BRING MY OWN?

WE HAVE WATER AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK FOR PURCHASE.  $2 FOR A SMALL WATER, $3 FOR A LARGE WATER.  WE ALSO HAVE A DRINKING FOUNTAIN WITH A REFILL STATION IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN WATER BOTTLE.

WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY?

Personal Training Sessions may be cancelled without penalty 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time by calling or emailing your home studio. If an appointment is not canceled 12 hours in advance of the scheduled session, we will not be able to provide a refund and you will still be charged for the entirety of the training on file.
